Calathea white fusion...Can I get a drum roll! We have been waiting sooo long for these. As most of you know these don't come up very often! Great size and beautiful variegated leaves. We do have a diva in the hosue thou! So please be aware you will get some crisp edges for time to time. The leaves are alllot thinner than most Calathea, which I was surprised about! HEAT PACK INCLUDED
Care: Getting the light right for your Calathea may be a little challenging you might have to experiment a little to find the perfect spot. Bump up the humidity as much as you can, misting, humidifier, pebble tray will all help. Keep the soil moist never soggy. I really wouldn't recommend re-potting these yet, the soil is spot on and she won't look the same :) Last thing check regularly (weekly) for bugs...Other than that enjoy. Boom!
Size: Pot Diameter 14cm - Total height is approximately 40-50cm
Toxicity: Calathea considers safe for pets and humans
Difficulty: Oh maybe a little diva
Air-purifying: Yes the Calathea family are great air purifiers.
Feeding: General, the majority of houseplants should be fed every 2nd watering during the growing season (Spring and Summer), for me, it's about which every 14 days. In autumn and winter, I feed less, as indoor plants will require fewer nutrients.
