Homalomena Lemon Lime...New in! The Homalomena is primarily found in southern Asian (Malaysia) but can also be found in Latin America. The name 'Homalomena' apparently originates from the original language spoken by the Malyan people which translates as homalos, meaning flat, and mene = moon. These are rarely offered and easy to care for.
Care: Homalomena Lemon Lime is very easy to care from and even better disease resistance! They tolerance low light conditions so perfect for adding a bit of colour to a dull corner. Keep the soil moist letting the top 2 inches dry out slightly. These do prefer a little more humidity, I have mine in my bathroom but will move her a winter approach to provide her with a little more warmth.
Size: Pot Diameter 19 cm - Total height is approximately 70-80cm
Toxicity: Toxic to pets and humans
Feeding: General, the majority of houseplants should be fed every 2nd watering during the growing season (Spring and Summer), for me, it's about which every 14 days. In autumn and winter, I feed less, as indoor plants will require fewer nutrients.
