Philodendron birkin... These are my new favourite, the pinned striped foliage is just super. Very easy to care for. As the plant matures it's very common for the leaves to revert to a beautiful dark green.
Care: The Philodendron birkin prefers bright indirect light, so placed just near a window will be perfect and don't forget to watch out for hot direct sunlight. Water once the soil starts to dry out. When I water my plants I always check the soil first by poking my finger about 3cm down into the soil if the soil feels wet I would hold off.
Size: Pot Diameter 14cm Height 30-35cm
Toxicity: Considered poisonous. Keep away from children and animals.
Difficulty: Easy peasy - See more easy indoor plants here.
Air-purifying: Yes, Ficus Audry is an excellent plant for air-purifying, her big leaves make her perfect.
Feeding: General, the majority of houseplants should be fed every 2nd watering during the growing season (Spring and Summer), for me, it's about which every 14 days. In autumn and winter, I feed less, as indoor plants will require fewer nutrients.
