Polyscias scutellaria “Variegata” These are the cutest! Very easy to care for a perfect little plant to pop on your desk! 
 
Care: Can be grown In bright to light shaded places with some morning and evening sun Light. Avoid direct sunlight. Water when the soil has become slightly dry at the top. Better to keep them slightly dry than to over water the pots are small to the wil dry out much quicker.
