Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 10 am will tend be shipped the next following, Monday-Thursdays.

Our delivery is FREE on all orders over £50, or £3.99 for orders under £50.

Please bear in mind that we do have a minimum order value of £25.

Our shipping rate has recently changed due to rise costs. 

 

Lead time - Why may my order be late?

Unfortunately, due to the new regulations which have been put in place as a result of Brexit, our lead time for orders has increased. We are working hard to bring these timelines down so please bear with us. 

 

We deliver from Monday - Thursday, and please be advised that deliveries will take between 1-5 days to be processed, however, we always try our best to get your plants to you asap. 

 

In fact! most orders are sent out the next shipping day! 

 

If you have chosen a plant that's pre-ordered in fresh from our growers. The lead time can be up to 3-12 days - Depending on availability, we will keep you up to date on your plant's progress. 

 

Once your order is ready we will email you the day before with your tracking information. Our lovely couriers will also text/email you to give you a more precise time slot.

 

We have a small number of postcodes, particularly in the Scottish Islands & Highlands, where we cannot offer next-day delivery and our lead time may take a little longer. 

 

If you’re not at home when delivery is attempted, our drivers will usually leave your order in your designated safe place (we’ll ask you for this at check out). If that’s not possible, delivery will be attempted up to two more times.
