DPD Service

We have chosen DPD as our preferred currier, offering a fast, reliable, and secure service. 


Here is how you will benefit from DPD;


  • NEXT DAY delivery as standard (except weekends) 

  • You can track your order throughout its entire journey using your tracking number, which is sent to you by email and text.

  • You get to pick an hour slot for your delivery time.

  • An AM notification stating the courier drivers estimated time of delivery.

  • You can send delivery instructions such as; please leave in the shed. reschedule delivery etc.

European countries are taking 3-5 days, you can track your plants at any time or send us a message and we will chase it up for you. These changes will be monitored daily and adjusted accordingly.

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. The shipping time won't be a quick as before I will monitor the situation closely and hopefully your plants will arrive in good time if I feel they are taking to long I may close certain countries again.

Please keep in mind The Ginger Jungle is a small team of three! We take a lot of pride and diligence in caring, packing and making sure we have an excellent collection of plants to offer but things may take a little longer these days. In order to carry on our excellent service and to managed higher volumes of orders we have had to make a few changes... 




  1. Before leaving all plants are inspected, cleaned, watered, and pruned if necessary. 

  2. Your new plant is then bagged to keep the soil moist and to ensure that the soil stays in the pot. 

  3. The rest of the plants will be carefully wrapped in kraft paper. 

  4. Once all snug, it's placed in a special design holder that will keep your plants secure and upright.

  5. Then surrounded in the cushioned recyclable paper.

  6. We used extra strong tape and boxes to ensure your plants are as safe as possible.

  7. All our boxes are well-branded with clear instructions for the courier on how to handle the package.

  8. We take great pride in packing and selecting your plants and will only send you something that we would personally buy ourselves.

To be eligible for a No Quibbles Return, you must...


  1. Contact us on the day of delivery regarding shipment damage or any other concerns. Click on the chatbox to chat to message us live or fill in the contact form on the home page. 

  2. Please state your reason along with photographs of your plant and packaging if damaged. 

  3. keep all the packaging as we will only accept returns in the same box as this keeps the plant nice and safe on its way back to us. We will assist you in repacking your plants.

  4. Although it is a rarity, we are happy to replace your plant if very badly damaged in transport. This would include, snapped stems & heat/cold damaged. The loss of an odd leaf or flower head in transport on a healthy plant should not generally be cause for any concern. We cannot give a refund for snapped leaves.

  5. The majority of time rare plants cannot be replaced due to their rarity on the market. They are often sort-after products which can be extremely difficult for us to obtain. If the plant arrives with extreme transport damage or possible disease however, the plant has to be returned to us and a full refund will be given. We will not give a discount in this scenario as the sale of sick plants contradicts our high standards.

  6. We cannot take any reasonability, nor can we give a refund for the lack of plant variegation or leaf colour, this will vary from plant to plant. But please contact us for any advice, we’re happy to help.

  7. If any plant has been repotted or cutting has been taken we are then not able to accept returns. As a general rule, it is usually best not to report plants for a few weeks whilst they are acclimatizing.  

  8. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, it will automatically be returned to your original method of payment.



Additional policies:

  • Gift cards/vouchers - for one-time use only, any remaining balance left on a card/voucher cannot be reused for separate purchase.

  • Please note that we try to portray a true depiction of each product, however, plants will differentiate and won't always look like the one photographed. It is inevitable that sizes will vary, as well as a difference in shape and color. We take extra care in choosing the best specimens and photographs are regularly updated in accordance with new stock.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to orders after purchase. Some promo codes can only be used once per person.
