From the 27th May Parcelforce has changed how they collect from all businesses before COVID-19 I was able to book in a collection slot at any time, this choice has now been suspended until further notice - Hopefully, this will change soon as the world gets used to a new way of living.  


  • All orders will be posted from Tuesday 9th - Wednesday 10th

  • Deliveries lead time - Please allow up to 7-10 working days for all orders to be dispatched, most orders are being sent out as soon as possible but please allow up to 7-10 days. (If you want to double-check message me via the chatbox)  

  • Once your order has been packed I will send you a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.

  • The AMAZING courier network is running at capacity nationwide and is no longer guaranteeing next day delivery. So far once your order has been dispatched 95% are arriving the next working day. London areas seem to be the slowest but please allow up to 3 days.


European countries seem to be taking 5-7 days you can track your plants at any time or send me a message and I will chase it up for you. These changes will be monitored daily and adjusted accordingly.

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. The shipping time won't be a quick as before I will monitor the situation closely and hopefully your plants will arrive in good time if I feel they are taking to long I may close certain countries again. If you are not on the list this means that your's countries postal system is still backlogged by 2/3 weeks, France seems to be hit the most, so please sit tight all my French customers. (Soyez prudent, je pense à vous et je suis sûr qu'il ne faudra pas longtemps avant que vous puissiez commander à nouveau. X)

Please keep in mind The Ginger Jungle is a one-woman band, just little me so please be patient, I take a lot of pride and diligence in caring, packing and making sure I have an excellent collection of plants to offer but things may take a little longer these days. In order to carry on my excellent service and to managed higher volumes of orders I had to make a few changes... 

The Ginger Jungle Precautions during coronavirus pandemicI wanted you to know what I am doing to ensure yours and my safety during these very challenging times ahead. 


In the very unlikely event, you need to return your plant I can arrange Parcelforce to collect from you at home all you will need to do is print off the label which will be emailed to you and leave the parcel on your doorstep. This completely avoids contact keeping you safe at home.


I hope these precautions provide you with peace of mind you and your family’s health are of the most importance, so feel to message me any time via my chat-box on my website if you have any further questions for me.


  1. Before leaving all plants are inspected, cleaned, watered and pruned if necessary.

  2. Your new plant is then bagged to keep the soil moist and to ensure that the soil stays in the pot.

  3. The rest of the plants will be carefully wrapped kraft paper. 

  4. Once all snug it's placed in a special design holder that will keep your plants secure and upright.

  5. Then surrounded in the cushioned recyclable paper.

  6. I used extra strong tape and boxes to ensure your plants are super safe.

  7. All my boxes are well-branded with clear instructions for the courier how to handle.

  8. I take great pride in packing and selecting your plants and will only send you something that I would personally be happy with.

To be eligible for a No Quibble Return, you must...


  1. Message me as soon as you can. Click on the chatbox to chat to me live or fill in the contact form on the home page. 

  2. Please state your reason and pictures of your plant and packaging if damaged.

  3. keep all the packing as I will only accept returns in the same box as this keeps the plant nice and safe on its way back to me. It must also be in the original packaging.

  4. I am happy to replace your plant if very badly damaged in transport. I take great pride in packing all my plants, but a snapped leaf or two could happen in transport  - I cannot give a refund for a snapped leaves but please message me I am more than happy to give you some advice. 

  5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Whilst all due care is taken to ensure your order arrives in you in tip-top shape, The Ginger Jungle will not be held responsible if your parcel is stolen once left. If this happens thou please let me know right away. 

  • Please note that that each plant will differ and won't' always look like the one pictured. However, I will certainly only pick you the best plants. 

  • Rare plants cannot be replaced as I have very limited stock
