Parcelforce Select enables you to choose when you want your parcel and where you want Parcelforce to deliver. It also lets you choose how you want them to deliver. Their interactive messages enable you to select your preferred delivery day or place. Just fill in all your information when purchasing, Name full address phone number or email and you will get a text from Parcelforce or email once your plant is on its way!



  1. Before leaving all plants are inspected, cleaned, watered and pruned if necessary.

  2. Your new plant is then bagged to keep the soil moist and to ensure that the soil stays in the pot.

  3. The rest of the plants will be carefully wrapped kraft paper. 

  4. Once all snug it's placed in a special design holder that will keep your plants secure and upright.

  5. Then surrounded in the cushioned recyclable paper.

  6. I used extra strong tape and boxes to ensure your plants are super safe.

  7. All my boxes are well-branded with clear instructions for the courier how to handle.

  8. I take great pride in packing and selecting your plants and will only send you something that I would personally be happy with. 





I am more than happy to help you If you feel you would like to return your plants. 

To be eligible for a No Quibble Return, you must...


  1. Message me as soon as you can. Click on the chat box to chat to me live or fill in the contact form on the home page. 

  2. Please state your reason and pictures of your plant and packaging if damaged.

  3. keep all the packing as I will only accept returns in the same box as this keeps the plant nice and safe on its way back to me. It must also be in the original packaging.

  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. I am happy to replace your plant if very badly damaged in transport. I take great pride in packing all my plants, but a snapped leaf or two could happen in transport  - I cannot give a refund for a snapped leaves but please message me I am more than happy to give you some advice. 

  6. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
