Have purchased from The Ginger Jungle a couple of times now; first a variegated hoya kerrii and secondly a jewel orchid. The Hoya I purchased over half a year ago and it is still thriving! For a Christmas gift I wanted to send live plants to my friend who lives in England. I live in America. Knowing the plants should not sit 'unopened' until 25 December, I thought I would send them close to the holiday. It happens that I went online and ordered 3 plants on 18 Dec and within 45 minutes I received an Email from Suzanne saying "thank you for ordering with me I just packed them up in time. Your plants will be collected by Parcelforce this afternoon your tracking number is IE96xxxxx. As it turned out, the 18th was the last day to order for Christmas delivery. It was 9 a.m. here in the U.S. and about 3 pm in the UK. Suzanne managed to wrap and ship 3 plants which arrived just 23 hrs later on the other side of England from where The Ginger Jungle is located. I did pay expedited shipping but I'm still amazed how beautifully this all worked out. My friend sent me photos of her new plants and she is thrilled and so am I. Thank you Suzanne and have a Happy and Healthy New Year!

The packaging was not only securely packaged it was pleasing to the eye (was like opening presents). The plants I ordered are in great shape, good size, and look like they have been cared for before coming to me.

Being a lover of Philodendrons, i feel very fortunate to have come across The Ginger Jungle, some months ago. Purchased a Philodendron Squamiferum, what a beautiful plant. Arrived well packaged and boxed and fresh. Very happy, many more purchases to follow.
